Health and Wellbeing

What is it?
Health and Wellbeing comprises physical health, psychological and emotional stability, and social engagement. Physical wellness involves self-care and a balanced lifestyle. 

Our programmes and events are aimed at improving one or more of these factors when working with young people from the age of 4 right up to 18. There are events to support the health & well-being of all young people, whether it be festivals or inspire events included in the core membership, or specialist intervention programmes directed more specifically at targeted groups.
